If you want to replace the key battery on this vehicle, you can find the instructions in this text. First, extract the emergency key by prying the release located behind the remote. Then, get a small screwdriver to unscrew the screw next to the key fob housing and detach the back cover of the remote. Under the cover, you will find the battery compartment, which you can slide out and replace with the new one. Position the positive terminal facing up, then reattach the back cover, screw in the small screw, and finally reinsert the emergency key.
