In this video, see how if the two-button silver key fob that opens and closes the doors of the Renault Clio no longer functions, the cause may be a depleted battery. To replace it, press the button to release the metal key, use a small flathead screwdriver to separate the two halves by working on the groove at the edge, remove the circuit board, and access the battery compartment.

Using the same screwdriver, pry out the old battery and replace it with a new CR2032, ensuring the correct orientation. Refit the circuit board and close the two halves.
