In order to update the software of Renault's MediaNav, you need to download the specific update package from the official website of the manufacturer. Once this package has been downloaded, you need to save it on a USB drive. This drive must then be inserted into the USB port of the MediaNav itself, which is located immediately to the right of the screen. When the drive has been inserted, you will notice a confirmation message that you must respond to with "Yes" in order to allow the system update to take place.
