How to remove the steering wheel airbag of the Renault Trafic

Removing the steering wheel airbag from the Renault Traffic is a fully achievable operation on your own. To remove the airbag, we need to insert a flat-tip screwdriver into the hole located on the back of the steering wheel, moving the screwdriver will allow us to disconnect the central body of the steering wheel containing the airbag. After removing the airbag, if necessary, it is possible to tighten the nut located on the back in order to prevent the steering wheel from moving too much during driving. Using the same key and nut, it is also possible to remove the steering wheel.
