In this video, we see how to repair the sliding door of the Renault Trafic, and of all the models connected to it. Let's get the replacement mechanism, including the upper roller and the lower guide, which we can find on Amazon with the code B0CB159L4P at a price of 72.03 euros, with free delivery for 2.99 euros, and proceed with the operation. We start by removing the damaged piece from the door - which doesn't seem very easy from the video - while it is easier for the upper roller, which unscrews from the inside of the door, pulling it all the way back; we just have to be careful not to let the bolts go inside the body holes. Now we will have to support the door, which is free, with a hydraulic jack; however, to remove the roller, we will have to remove the rear light cluster from this side, in order to allow the stopper to be removed from its housing. This way we can remove the roller. Now we reassemble everything starting from the upper roller, so that we can reassemble the light cluster and support the door. Finally, we can also reassemble the lower slider.
