In this video, we will see how to replace the rear shock absorbers of a Renault Clio IV: we will need to lift the rear part of the car and remove the wheels, in order to access the suspension system. Now, let's flip the rear seat. Then, unscrew the screws of the plastic cover of the trunk, and remove the clips that hold the trunk carpet, in order to reach the rear shock absorber mount; unscrew the bolt with a 16 key, and then unscrew the lower one from the outside. Remove it by pulling it from below. We can find the replacement parts for example on Amazon with the code B00CEFF0J0 at a price of 36.91 euros each, free delivery for Prime customers. Screw back the upper support screw, then put the lower one back in its housing and screw it back to 105 Nm. Close the upper screw with the lock nut at 21 Nm. Now we can put back the carpet and plastic trim. Put back the rear seat, put back the wheel and lower the car. Operation completed.
