This guide shows you how to replace the engine oil in a Renault Koleos: position your car on a column lift or jack and raise it to a comfortable height for disassembly. To change the engine oil: remove the engine cover panel, then unscrew the bolt located under the oil sump with a socket spanner (as shown in the video).

Once the bolt is removed, allow the liquid to drain into a container (for disposal). Prepare to reattach the bolt to the engine sump with the spanner, then top up with the appropriate oil. Finally, test the correct operation of the gearbox (operate the gear lever).
