It's easy to suspect that the heating fan in your vehicle, for example, the Renault Scenic 3, is not working. When you turn it on, no air comes out, and you can't hear the fan spinning, which is a bad sign.

Unless the fuse is blown, the fan itself needs to be repaired or replaced.
