It's easy to suspect that the heating fan in your vehicle, for example, the Renault Scenic 3, is not working. When you turn it on, no air comes out, and you can't hear the fan spinning, which is a bad sign. Unless the fuse is blown, the fan itself needs to be repaired or replaced. Now, let's move on to the removal: Since it is located under the dashboard, centrally, you will need to completely remove the glove compartment, then unscrew the screws that hold it in place, and finally disconnect the power cable connectors.
