How to Replace the Heating Fan Resistor on a Renault Scenic

Today, we will explain how to replace the heating fan resistor on a Renault Scenic. To perform this operation, remove the lower part of the dashboard near the gear selector using a flathead screwdriver to pry it loose. Using a torque wrench with a T20 bit, remove the 5 screws to access the upper dashboard; take out the plastic dashboard and disconnect the heating fan connector. Remove the resistor and insert the new one, connecting it to the connector. Finally, reassemble the dashboard parts that were previously removed.
