Let's see how to replace the EGR valve on the Renault Kangoo II, which can be found on eBay with code 266638331082 for £82.63, including free delivery. A malfunctioning EGR valve can lead to power loss, injection problems, and warning lights on the dashboard. Open the bonnet and remove the air intake duct, then take off the duct support and the engine cover support, sliding the duct out sideways (be careful if it is caked). Remove the three 8 mm screws (one at the back is a bit tricky), then disconnect the electrical connector and remove the valve, moving it sideways if it is stuck. Clean the duct before installing the new valve, then proceed with the installation, paying attention to the washer. Screw in the three screws and reconnect the electrical connector. Reattach the intake duct, hand-tighten the black duct, reassemble the turbo air duct support, and then the intake duct, and finally reassemble the rings and support screws.
