Here’s how to change the battery in a keycard (i.e., remote) for a Renault Captur. You will need a replacement CR2032 battery, which can be easily found at any supermarket or electronics store.

On the keycard, locate the opening slot; gently insert a flat screwdriver, open the battery compartment, and remove the old battery, taking care of the polarity. Clean the metal contacts and insert the new battery in the same position.

Close the cover until you hear a click and check the functionality. Keep in mind that the average lifespan of a battery is about two years.

How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Warning Light on a Kia Rio?

The tyre pressure warning light displayed on the instrument cluster of the Kia Rio can be reset by inflating the tyres until they reach the recommended pressure value: this value is indicated on the sticker affixed to the driver's door pillar. Once all tyres have been inflated to the recommended pressure, turn on the ignition to check that the light has disappeared: if it is still present, it may be necessary to drive for a few miles, allowing the sensors to work and thus turning off the light.
