How to Remove and Replace the Timing Belt on a Renault Clio

Learn how to remove and replace the timing belt on a Renault Clio. Lift the car on a column jack and remove the undertray located under the vehicle, then disconnect the hose connected to the radiator using pliers. Remove the right wheel arch liner with a screwdriver. Use a spanner to loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the securing bolt of the tensioner pulley. Fit the tensioner and the belt, then tighten everything with the socket wrench. Finally, refit the securing pins of the wheel arch liner and reattach the wheel with the tyre to the vehicle.
