The Renault Arkana features a wireless charging area located under the touchscreen. You need to use a smartphone compatible with standard wireless charging and ensure no metallic objects are between the phone and the base (coins, rings, paperclips). Position the phone correctly on the designated area. Once the phone is placed on the base, charging starts automatically and stops by itself when the battery is full, the phone shifts (e.g., during a turn), or detects metallic objects or overheating. The charging status can be viewed on the multimedia screen. Generally, wireless charging is slower than wired charging, and it is normal for the smartphone to get warm. If not in use, disable it to avoid parasitic drain. You can do this by covering it with a rubber mat.
