The fuse diagrams refer to the fuse boxes, which contain all the electrical components used in cars to protect against overloads and short circuits. There are two such boxes: the first is located under the steering wheel on the left side of the steering column, and the second is in the engine bay, next to the 12-volt battery of the vehicle.

The diagrams are present on the covers of these boxes, in the vehicle's instruction manual, and are widely available online; just search through various websites and forums.
