How to Install an Android Car Radio in a Renault Clio III

Let's see how to install an Android car radio in a Renault Clio III: you need to remove the central console by lifting the cover of the gear lever, unscrewing the two screws located under the ashtray, then the two side screws near the climate panel, where you will then need to pull out and disconnect the connectors. You will also remove the central air vents: using a plastic tool, they come off easily. Unscrew the 4 screws on the sides of the original radio and disconnect the cables. Connect the wiring to the new radio. In this case, the original antenna is not compatible with the new device, so FM stations cannot be received (a bit of a nuisance). Connect the main power, steering wheel controls (if available), the GPS to be fixed behind, and the USB to exit in the glove compartment. Secure the screen to the supplied bracket, route the cables from top to bottom, secure with the 4 screws, reassemble the climate panel and grille, but unfortunately, the old radio remains (even though it is no longer powered).
