In case of a fault or replacement of the car radio with newer models, proceed as follows. To remove the radio from the console without damaging the bodywork, insert the appropriate tools into the side slots of the radio to release the retaining springs.

The clips should slide until you hear the click of the released spring. At this point, slide the radio out of the compartment, carefully disconnecting the connectors.

To reinstall the equipment, simply reconnect the connectors and gently insert the radio or player back into its compartment, taking care not to pinch the electrical cables.
