Removing the Gear Knob on a Renault Twingo

Let's see how to remove the gear knob on a Renault Twingo. Hold the knob in your hands and rotate it left and right until you can remove it from the gear stick (forceful removal). Use a plastic lever to disconnect the leather gaiter frame (if it needs replacing). For reassembly: fit the new leather gaiter with the clips (if removed), then take the new knob and slide it onto the stick present on the centre tunnel until it is secured on the stick. Test the movement of the stick on the centre tunnel to ensure the knob is correctly fitted. Refit the knob with the same attachment.
