Replacing Disc Brake Pads

Model: Renault Modus MK 1 - Years 2004-2013

Loosen the wheel nuts and lift the vehicle securely. Remove the bolts and take off the wheel. Use a spanner to remove the two retaining screws of the caliper and detach it. Remove the caliper support bolts and take it out. Clean all brake components from debris using a solvent. Also clean the caliper, piston, and caliper support thoroughly. Refit the caliper support. Install the new pads, ensuring the correct orientation. Lubricate the fixing pins and reposition the piston, ensuring proper operation. Carefully reattach the caliper and springs. Ensure the pads are perfectly aligned with the disc.
