How to Replace the Fan Resistor in a Renault Megane

Model: Renault Megane Megane 2 - Years 2002-2010

Start by removing the side covers of the glove compartment and open the glove box door. Next, unscrew and remove the six screws that you have uncovered. This will give you access to the resistor. Proceed to disconnect the connector attached to it. Once the connector is disconnected, you can pull the resistor out of its housing. This way, you will have removed the faulty resistor. To fit the new resistor and close everything up, simply follow these instructions in reverse. Once you have fitted the new resistor and closed everything up, you will have successfully completed the replacement.
