Replacing the Electronic Key Battery on a Renault Scenic

During the lifespan of your Renault Scenic, you may need to replace the battery of the electronic key. In this short guide, you will see how to do it; it is a relatively simple operation. Obtain a replacement button battery with code 2032. Start by extracting the metal key by pressing the unlock button located on the narrow side of the electronic key, then turn the key so that the back is facing you. Using a coin or even the new battery, detach the cover of the battery compartment and finally pull out the battery to be replaced. Insert the new battery and close your key.
