Turbo Installation Instructions

Model: Renault Megane Megane 1 - Years 1995-2003

Apply the new studs to the exhaust manifold flange where the turbo will be mounted; repeat the same operation on the turbocharger flanges; then insert the new gasket onto the exhaust manifold flange and position the turbo, tightening the nuts with a torque wrench; insert the gaskets at both ends of the turbo lubrication pipe (one O-ring and a plate with tabs to fold over to keep it in place); at this point, insert the other gasket to install the other duct and finally fill the turbo with clean oil to ensure lubrication on the first start.
