In this video, you will see the main steps to dismantle and replace the turbocharger of the engine of the second series Renault Trafic, with DCI engine. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the air filter hose, also taking out the entire filter box; then remove the two hoses of the turbocharger by unscrewing the clamp screws. At this point, unscrew the screws of the exhaust duct to remove it from the turbocharger; finally, unscrew the mounting screws of the turbocharger, removing it and replacing it with the new one.
