This guide shows the main steps to remove and replace the turbocharger of the Renault Trafic 2.0 dCi. First, lift the vehicle and remove the lower engine cover; to remove the turbocharger, you will need to detach the exhaust manifold by undoing all the securing nuts, as shown in the video.

Next, unscrew the turbocharger bolts and disconnect the electrical connector to remove it, taking off all upper components including the intake duct; if necessary, replace the turbocharger with a new one, following the video tutorial to the end!
