First, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for safety, then remove the rear seat, open the circular cap, and disconnect both the power connector and the two fuel hoses. Once done, unscrew the large outer ring using a large flat-head screwdriver if necessary. At this point, you can extract the pump, insert the replacement, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
