How to Remove the Ignition Switch from the Renault Kangoo

In this video tutorial, you can see how to remove the ignition switch from the Renault Kangoo. First, remove the plastic panels located under the steering wheel; also remove the lower panel, which has a total of 5 screws to take out. Once the panels under the steering wheel are removed, to allow the ignition switch to come out with the cable attached, you must first free the cable; therefore, you also need to remove the bumper support located under the steering wheel. Then, unscrew the 4 screws and the panel will come away. Next, unscrew the Torx screw and with a bit of leverage, you can pull out the cable. Now you can remove the ignition switch.
