Lift the vehicle on suitable car stands to facilitate access to the gearbox. Position a container directly under the gearbox and unscrew the drain plug to allow the old oil to drain out. Once drainage is complete, refit the plug after cleaning the tip of any debris. Next to the gearbox, you will find the filler plug: unscrew this plug and add new oil (choose the correct grade as specified in the maintenance manual) until it begins to overflow from the plug itself (this indicates that the level has been reached).
