Instructions for Replacing the Diesel Filter

Model: Renault Clio MK 2, Clio 2 - Years 1998-2005
Part: Diesel fuel filter

The diesel filter is located near the shock absorber and resembles a small bucket to which the supply, return, and recovery pipes are attached; first, drain the old filter using the designated drain plug at the bottom, collecting the diesel in a bottle; then disconnect the pipes and remove the filter by simply pulling it upwards; insert the new filter into its designated position, ensure that the drain plug at the bottom is closed, and connect the pipes according to their colours; finally, fill the filter using the manual pump before starting the engine.
