How to Replace the Remote Battery of the Renault Captur

To replace the remote battery of the Renault Captur, start by pressing the lower side button to extract the key blade. Once the blade is out, use your hands or a small flat screwdriver to lever under the ring on the remote to lift it and access the battery. After removing the battery cover, use a small flat screwdriver to lift and remove the old battery. Take the new battery out of its packaging, place it in the compartment until it is secure, then position the battery cover back on until you hear a click. Finally, reinsert the key blade into the designated slot. You can then check the correct functioning of the new battery.
