How to Reset the Maintenance Indicator on a Renault Clio

Have you changed the engine oil and filter yourself on this vehicle? In the description below, we have gathered all the information and steps necessary to correctly reset the maintenance indicator. Insert the key fob into the ignition slot, press any pedal, and press and hold the ignition button for about 10 seconds. Wait for the maintenance interval light to turn off; then press one of the buttons on the wiper stalk to scroll through the onboard menu until the remaining kilometres until maintenance is displayed. Hold down one of the buttons on the wiper stalk for about 10 seconds until the new maintenance interval is displayed. Release the button and turn off the ignition.

How to Repair the Key Spring of the Peugeot 207?

Over time, frequent use of the key's flip mechanism in the vehicle, dozens of times a day, inevitably leads to wear of the internal spring. As shown in this video, replacing the spring is quite simple and takes little time. After opening the casing halfway, first position the key, then the spring housing, and finally insert the spring into the previously mentioned housing. Close the casing by rotating it clockwise, ensuring all components fit perfectly, and test the key's flip mechanism.
