First, open the front door and begin removing the plastic cover of the speaker by prying at the edges with something thin and pointed; then use a Torx key or screwdriver to unscrew the two screws of the speaker, disconnecting the electrical connector found at the back to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new speaker, making the electrical connection!
