If a function in the vehicle does not activate, the first cause to investigate is the possible failure of the corresponding protective fuse; it is essential to further explore the reason for this failure. Generally, cars are equipped with two fuse boxes, one located in the cabin, at the bottom right from the driver's side, and one positioned in the engine compartment, usually next to the left front wing (driver's side).

Once the cover of the fuse box is removed, a legend inside indicates which function corresponds to each fuse. After extracting it from its slot, check the integrity of the internal filament.
