Manual Reset Procedure for Maintenance

Model: Renault Megane Megane 2 - Years 2002-2010

The procedure to reset the "SERVICE" message is manual and can only be activated close to the time limit (one month) or the mileage limit (1,500 miles beforehand).
Before resetting the service, it is recommended to change the engine oil and perform all checks as indicated in the user and maintenance manual.
Locate the button on the side, at the end of the wiper control lever, to the right of the steering wheel.

RESET PROCEDURE
1. Close all vehicle doors (leaving the doors open will prevent viewing other messages on the instrument cluster display).
2. Turn on the instrument cluster.
3. By pressing the button at the end of the wiper control lever, scroll through the menu on the odometer display until you reach the maintenance warning (wrench icon) which will show the remaining mileage (or alternatively "- - - - -").
4. Press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds until the message starts to flash and is replaced by the new mileage interval for the next maintenance.
5. Release the button at the end of the flashing of the new interval and check that the reset has been completed.
