How to Reset the Service Light on a Renault Trafic

To reset the service light on a Renault Trafic, follow these steps: Start the vehicle: Ensure the engine is running and the vehicle is in park (P) or neutral (N). Access the reset mode: On most Renault Trafic models, access the reset mode by pressing and holding the "Trip" or "Reset" button on the dashboard. Turn on the ignition (without starting the engine): Turn the key in the ignition or press the Start button without starting the engine. Ensure all doors are closed. Keep the "Trip" or "Reset" button pressed: While holding the "Trip" or "Reset" button, turn on the vehicle's headlights (or activate the sidelights). Continue holding the button for a few seconds. Release the button and wait: After a few seconds, release the "Trip" or "Reset" button. At this point, your Renault Trafic's onboard system should display a service reset message or an indication that the service has been successfully reset. Turn off the ignition: Switch off the vehicle's ignition.
