To ensure clean airflow in the cabin of the Renault Trafic, change the cabin air filter according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. To replace it, sit in the front passenger seat and detach the central tunnel panel from its supports under the dashboard.

Locate the cover of the filter box and open it by releasing the retaining clip, then remove the old filter element and replace it with a new one, ensuring the correct orientation. Close the cover and reposition the central tunnel panel.
