Today, you will learn how to replace the timing belt on the Renault Scenic model 2. Start by lifting the vehicle on a ramp to remove the front wheel. Proceed by loosening the tensioner roller and slide the belt off its seat.

Using a socket, unscrew the tightening bolt of the tensioner roller to remove the water pump. Insert the new water pump and tighten the tensioner roller bolt to fit the new timing belt and tighten the roller.

Finish by lowering the vehicle and reinstalling the previously removed wheel.
