How to Replace Oil and Filter on a Roewe Rx8?

To replace the oil and filter on the vehicle, follow these steps: open the hood and lift the car, locate the drain plug on the side of the oil pan and unscrew it, then also open the fill cap. Locate the fuel filter at the rear of the engine and unscrew it with a socket wrench.

Take the new filter and screw it into place after replacing the O-ring.

Reinstall the drain plug and add 4.5 quarts of oil (always check the lubricant specifications provided by the manufacturer first).
