How to Replace the Fog Lights on Seat Cars

Model: Seat Altea MK 1 - Years 2004-2015

Start the replacement operation by unscrewing the screw located to the left of the left front fog light. Use a star screwdriver for this. Once done, proceed to unclip the plastic grille cover by pulling it first outward or towards the light, and then inward. This will remove the cover from its position. Next, unscrew the three screws that secure the fog light in place using the same star screwdriver. To remove the fog light, simply disconnect the electrical connector using a screwdriver. Now, proceed to install the new fog light following the same procedure as for removal, but in reverse order. Finally, if you notice that the new fog light is aimed at a different height than the other, you can adjust the aiming height using the screw found on the outer side of the fog light.
