Want to replace the gear knob on a Seat Alhambra? Follow these steps for removal: use a plastic lever to detach the leather gaiter frame (release the metal clip), grasp the knob with both hands and pull it upwards (a strong and decisive movement) until it is removed from the gear stick. To install: take the new knob and slide it onto the stick (tighten it until the end of the thread of the lever) and fit the new gaiter, positioning it on the centre console. Finally, test the movement of the stick on the centre console to ensure the knob is correctly fitted.
