How to Reset the Service Light on a 2009 Seat Leon

To reset the service light on a 2009 Seat Leon, get into the vehicle, insert the key, and turn it to the ON position. This allows you to turn on the instrument cluster without actually starting the car. Now use the buttons located on the right side of the steering wheel to proceed with the service light reset. Press the OK button to enter the menu and then use the right arrow to scroll through the various options. Select, in order, pressing the OK button: service, interval, reset. Press OK to confirm, and you have completed the reset.
