How to Remove the Third Brake Light on Seat Ibiza

Model: Seat Ibiza 6K - Years 1993-2002

In this video, we will see how to remove the third brake light on a Seat Ibiza; this also applies to other Seat and Volkswagen models. First, open the boot and remove the three protective caps using a sharp tool. Below, you will find the bolts to undo with a socket spanner. Once undone, push on the two side clips to release the third brake light: to do this, you need to disconnect the electrical connector by removing the rubber cover. If desired, you can replace the bulbs found inside. To reassemble everything, simply apply the reverse procedure!
