To adjust the handbrake on the Seat Ibiza, you need to remove the panel located at the rear of the centre console, just behind the handbrake lever: once this panel is removed, you will have access to the underlying components. Here, you will be able to locate the handbrake cable, along with the corresponding bolt that needs to be loosened or tightened: loosening it will increase the travel of the handbrake lever, thereby increasing its range.

Conversely, tightening it will reduce the handbrake travel and make the lever much stiffer.
