Resetting the Service Light on a Seat Ibiza

Model: Seat Ibiza 6P, 6J - Years 2008-2017

After changing the engine oil on a Seat Ibiza, you need to reset the system that alerts you to this maintenance operation. Sit in the driver's seat, press and hold the "0.0/set" button located in the centre of the instrument cluster next to the speedometer. Turn the ignition key to position 2 and release the button. Next, press and release the menu button located on the left next to the rev counter. Turn off the ignition, and on the next restart, you can verify that the service light has been reset.
