How to Reset the Oil Service Light on a Seat Altea?

In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset the oil service light on a Seat Altea, a very simple and quick operation to perform only after completing the required scheduled maintenance work. First, enter the cabin and insert the key, leaving it in the initial position. Then, press and hold the button located on the dashboard, just below the rev counter, and simultaneously turn on the instrument cluster. After about 2 seconds, release the button and press it a second time to confirm the reset.
