Resetting the service light on the Seat Ibiza

Model: Seat Ibiza 6J, 6P - Years 2008-2017
Part: Service warning light

After replacing the engine oil of the Seat Ibiza, we need to reset the system that alerts us to the need for maintenance with a warning on the instrument panel. Sit in the driver's seat, press and hold down the button, located at the bottom, in the center of the instrument panel, with the inscription "0.0/SET" above it, turn on the instrument panel and wait for five seconds. Release the button and briefly press the button on the left. Turn off the instrument panel and upon the next restart, we can verify the disappearance of the warning confirming the reset.

How to Replace the Front Brake Pads on an Alfa Romeo

Here’s how to replace the front brake pads on an Alfa Romeo. Lift the car on a column lift (jack) to the desired height, then remove the wheel (using a socket wrench or air impact gun) with the respective bolts. Unscrew the caliper retaining bolt and remove the caliper from the wheel hub. Use a screwdriver to detach the pads from the caliper, then remove the brake caliper. Fit the new pads onto the caliper; then refit the caliper onto the brake disc. Tighten all bolts and refit the wheel. Repeat the same steps for the other calipers on the vehicle.
