How do you reset the Service light on the Škoda Fabia?

Model: Skoda Fabia 6Y, Mark1 - Years 1999-2007

It will be possible to reset the Service light on the instrument panel of the Škoda Fabia by holding down the button located on the right side of the instrument panel until the "Service OIL" message is displayed on the screen in the center of the panel. Once the message is displayed, turn the key in the appropriate lock to activate the instrument panel: at this point, the button should be slightly turned to the right until a confirmation sound is emitted indicating that the light has been reset. At the end of this procedure, the instrument panel can be turned off to finish.
