How to Reset the Service Light on a Škoda Roomster?

Model: Skoda Roomster MK 1 - Years 2006-2015
Part: Service warning light

From the instrument cluster of the Škoda Roomster, you can clear the Service light by turning on the ignition and repeatedly pressing the button with rectangles in the centre of the cluster: keep pressing until the spanner light appears along with the mileage until the next service. Now, turn off the ignition and hold down the 0.0 button: while keeping this button pressed, insert the ignition key into the lock and turn it to switch on the instrument cluster. Continue holding the button until the Service light is removed.
