How to reset the Climatronic on the Škoda Octavia?

Model: Skoda Octavia 1U, MK 1 - Years 1996-2004
Part: Air conditioner

You can reset the Climatronic on the Škoda Octavia by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding switch. Once the cluster is activated, press the buttons located in the centre of the dashboard. You need to locate the button labelled ECON and the one that directs airflow to the face. By holding both buttons simultaneously, the reset of the air conditioning will occur. Once the operation is complete, you can release both buttons and switch off the cluster.
