If the battery of your Skoda Kodiaq remote should run out, you may have difficulty accessing the vehicle and starting it as the keyless system no longer detects the signal emitted by the remote. To solve the problem, you need to replace the battery, which is a very simple and quick operation. First, unclip the battery cover on the back of the electronic key, using a small flathead screwdriver to pry it open and remove the old battery. Insert the replacement CR 2032 battery, ensuring you respect the polarity. Finally, reattach the cover.
