Operation: How to replace the key battery of a Skoda Octavia

To begin, we open the key, freeing ourselves access to the key location. Once this is done, we will notice a slot that completes the entire horizontal circumference of the key. We take a flat screwdriver or other thin tool and insert it inside the slot, applying a minimum of pressure. After completing this step, the key will have opened slightly, but not completely. To open it completely we will have to pull the two ends. Once the two ends have been separated, we will take the lower part of the key and we will simply open it with our hands. At this point we will have an eye on the battery. So let's take it out and install the new battery. To reassemble the key, simply follow the steps in reverse.
