Through this very short video tutorial today you will be able to see the entire procedure necessary to replace the battery (CR2025) of the key of a Skoda Octavia, third generation model in production from 2012 to 2019. So let's start by removing the physical key by pressing the appropriate release button, then, using a small flathead screwdriver, we remove the back cover of the remote control as shown in the video. Once this is done, we will immediately find the old battery to replace, so, always using a screwdriver, we remove the old battery and then replace it with a new one.
